Method
- Bring Cream Cheese and Egg's to room-temp.
- Pre-Heat 315f (157.2c)
- Mix Cream Cheese and Sugar until blended smooth.
- Add one egg at time. Make sure to blend thoroughly. (Crack in separate bowl first, incase of bad eggs.)
- (Optional) Add toppings such as Reese's cups/pieces, M&Ms, Oreos, peanut butter or whatever you can imagine.
- Wrap the bottom of the pie crust in lots of foil or place in a water-bath.
- (Optional) Place foil over top if cracking still occurs.
- Bake for roughly an hour. (60 minutes)
- Once Complete, leave the pie in the oven with the door cracked for 2-3 hours.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours or freeze immediately for long term storage. (it never lasts that long)
Notes
Can easily modify to meet ones needs, such as adding butternut and vanilla extract.
