Duck Egg Cheese Cake

Cheese Cake, made from our farms duck eggs!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Duck Eggs (or 3 Chicken)
  • 2 8oz Cream Cheese Packs
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar (or other sweetener)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract (Can experiment here)
  • 1 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 Graham cracker crust (store bought or homemade)

Equipment

  • 1 Oven (Small or Large)
  • 1 Spoon (or mixer) for stiring
  • 1 Bowl For mixing inside
  • 1 Pie Pan (If store bought just bake it in the supplied pan)
  • 2 Sheets of Aluminum Foil to prevent cracking (or bake in a Waterbath)

Method
 

  1. Bring Cream Cheese and Egg's to room-temp.
  2. Pre-Heat 315f (157.2c)
  3. Mix Cream Cheese and Sugar until blended smooth.
  4. Add one egg at time. Make sure to blend thoroughly. (Crack in separate bowl first, incase of bad eggs.)
  5. (Optional) Add toppings such as Reese's cups/pieces, M&Ms, Oreos, peanut butter or whatever you can imagine.
  6. Wrap the bottom of the pie crust in lots of foil or place in a water-bath.
  7. (Optional) Place foil over top if cracking still occurs.
  8. Bake for roughly an hour. (60 minutes)
  9. Once Complete, leave the pie in the oven with the door cracked for 2-3 hours.
  10. Refrigerate for 24 hours or freeze immediately for long term storage. (it never lasts that long)

Notes

Can easily modify to meet ones needs, such as adding butternut and vanilla extract.
